FAQs

Q: How does the color selection process work?
A: You can choose any color using our color selector. Once you've made your pick, we'll match it to the closest available option from our vendors. Before we finalize production, we'll contact you with the matched color for your approval.

Q: What's with the holes in the frame?
A: We pre-drill holes in the frame to support clean internal wiring for electric hub motors and controllers. If you're going electric, we highly recommend adding our custom electric controller and mounting plate for $125—they’re designed to work seamlessly with our frame and make installation a breeze.

Q: Can I ride the bike without the electric components installed?
A: Absolutely. Our frames are fully functional as traditional pedal-powered bikes. The internal wiring ports won’t affect your ride if you decide to go analog.

Q: How long will it take to receive my bike after I order?
A: Because each bike is made to order—including your custom color—we’ll reach out with a lead time estimate after your final color approval. Most orders ship within 6–10 weeks.
