The maintenance-free drivetrain combines Bosch’s Cargo Line mid-drive motor, delivering 120 Nm of torque with an 800 Wh battery, with a 3X3 NINE internal gear hub and Gates Carbon Belt Drive for smooth, dependable support on hills and when carrying passengers or gear. Spacious front seating accommodates two passengers or adapts for wheelchair access, so everyone can enjoy the freedom of cycling.

Key Features
Comfortable Passenger Seating
A forward-facing padded bench carries up to two passengers side by side, providing an open view of the surroundings and making conversation with the pilot and other riders easy throughout the ride.
Integrated Wheelchair Ramp & Handrail
The front gate folds down into an integrated access ramp for wheelchair users and passengers who benefit from easier entry. When raised, it locks securely into place and serves as a handrail around the passenger compartment.
3-in-1 Passenger, Wheelchair & Cargo Platform
The front compartment can carry two seated passengers, one wheelchair user, or utility cargo. The removable passenger bench opens the compartment for wheelchair or cargo use, while the optional Q'Straint Wheelchair Securement System provides wheelchair restraint.
Stable Three-Wheel Platform
Two front wheels support the passenger compartment while a single driven rear wheel provides a familiar cycling experience for the pilot. The purpose-built chassis provides predictable handling at the low speeds typical of community rides.
Purpose-Built for Community Riding
The Trishaw prioritizes accessibility, comfort, visibility, and control rather than speed. Electric assist is limited to 12 mph, making it well suited for community routes, campuses, greenways, neighborhoods, and senior living environments.
Integrated Storage
A storage compartment beneath the passenger bench provides space for helmets and other ride essentials without adding to the Trishaw's footprint.

Parking Brakes
Independent parking-lock functionality on both front and rear brake levers allows the front and rear braking systems to be locked while the Trishaw is stationary.
Accessibility & Passenger Compartment
Integrated Access Ramp
The front gate folds down to create an integrated access ramp. When raised, the gate locks into position and also functions as a handrail around the passenger compartment.
Removable Passenger Bench
The padded two-passenger bench can be removed to provide an open compartment for wheelchair or cargo use.
Wheelchair Securement
Optional Q'Straint Wheelchair Securement System provides securement for one wheelchair and includes:
• Four retractors for four-point wheelchair securement
• One passenger lap belt
• Integrated L-track mounting points built into the Trishaw chassis for quick installation and removal of the securement system
Passenger Entry
The integrated ramp also provides easier entry and exit for passengers who have difficulty stepping into a conventional cycle passenger compartment.
