How It Works
1. Start with you donor bike
Use a bike you already own or source one for the project.
Steel frames are required. A quick check: if a magnet sticks to the frame, there’s a good chance it’s steel.
Send us photos and basic frame information before shipping. We’ll confirm compatibility with your selected conversion.
Do not ship your donor bike until Gnargo has approved the frame.
2. Choose your cargo platform
Schoolie
Our most compact option, built for everyday cargo capability in a simple, easy-to-handle package.
Available with Small or Large front racks.
LoopLoader
More cargo capacity while staying compact and manageable for everyday riding.
Available with Small, Medium, or Large front racks.
3. Choose your finish
Raw Steel
Freshly blasted raw steel with the welds, heat marks, and character of the conversion process left visible.
Powdercoat
Choose a durable powdercoated finish from the Prismatic Powders color catalog.
4. We build your frame
We cut and modify your donor frame, then fabricate and weld the Gnargo cargo front end in our Bentonville shop.
This is not a bolt-on kit. Each conversion is built around the bike you send us.
5. Build it your way
We return your completed framekit ready to build.
Finish it yourself or work with your local bike shop to choose the drivetrain, brakes, cockpit, wheels, and components that fit your needs.
